Don't Over-Analyze Your Date

Don’t be a therapist. Just because you’re dating someone and think you know them pretty well, don’t be a therapist. There should be a line of just how much over-analyzing you’re allowed to do in a relationship as well as limiting things that shouldn’t interfere with the two of you. Professional therapists exist for a reason; so don’t try to be one to your partner.

Don't Over-Analyze or Be Obsessive

Don’t obsess. Let’s say you’ve been out with someone a few times, but you either haven’t heard from them in a few days or you can’t read them – don’t obsess! We’ve already covered keeping contact to a minimum, but also don’t over-analyze or be obsessive about the situation in your private time either. You’ll just make yourself paranoid and exhausted.
